While meeting the requirements of the Georgetown University Organization Development Certificate Program, an organization development intervention co-designed by me focusing on the roles of individuals in groups entitled "Group Roles: Determining Their Effectiveness" was published by Jossey-Bass in their "2003 Annual - Volume 2 Consulting" book.

I designed part of the curriculum to teach contract law to high school students in Northern Ireland. My work was published in a 1994 high school law text book.
